Seeking a Staff Attorney to join a national mass torts and insurance-defense litigation team in Atlanta (option to support Phoenix office). The role focuses on ERISA-related defense work across the litigation lifecycle, including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation.

Successful candidates will work autonomously on assigned matters while collaborating with experienced litigators, paralegals, and support staff. The position permits flexible work arrangements, including remote, part-time, and flexible hours, and requires willingness to travel for court appearances and proceedings as needed.

Minimum of 2 years litigation experience, with preference for background in ERISA, insurance defense, and bad-faith matters
Strong written and oral advocacy, legal research, and motion drafting skills
Experience with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Licensed and in good standing in Georgia or Arizona, or eligible for admission without examination
Team-oriented, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage assigned matters
