Staff Attorney, Litigation (Consumer Finance)

Seeking a Staff Attorney to join a busy consumer finance litigation team. The role focuses on drafting motions, negotiating settlements, and managing litigation matters for financial services clients.

The team values high performance, collaboration, and client service. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple matters effectively.

This position requires regular in‑office attendance (minimum three business days per week). Preferred office locations are Jacksonville or Orlando. Candidates should be prepared to provide a resume, transcript and a writing sample upon request.

• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally with consumer finance matters (banks, lenders, credit card issuers, loan servicers preferred)
• Admitted and barred to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction where the employer maintains an office
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong research skills, and superb attention to detail
• Organized, able to multi‑task and prioritize competing deadlines; able to work in office at least three days per week
