Staff Attorney — Litigation

Growing litigation team seeks a Staff Attorney with experience in consumer finance and commercial litigation. The role involves drafting motions, handling discovery, negotiating settlements, and supporting trial preparation across consumer-finance matters for financial-services clients.

The team values collaborative, high-performance lawyers who demonstrate strong client service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. This is an in-office role with preferred locations in Jacksonville or Orlando; the position is open across multiple U.S. offices.

• Barred and resident in a U.S. jurisdiction where the firm maintains an office
• Minimum of 3 years of transferable litigation experience, ideally including consumer finance matters
• Ability to work in the office at least three business days per week
• Excellent written and verbal communication, research, and drafting skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking ability
