Seeking a staff attorney to join a national litigation team in Nashville focused on large-scale eDiscovery and document review for high‑profile civil and regulatory matters. The role offers hands‑on experience with contemporary review platforms, predictive coding workflows, and analytics alongside experienced case teams.

Successful candidates will support case strategy by reviewing, analyzing, categorizing, and coding large datasets, prepare review metrics and visualizations, and help ensure discovery processes meet legal and client standards.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
Current Tennessee bar member, or eligible and willing to obtain admission to the Tennessee State Bar.
Hands‑on experience with large document reviews, predictive coding/technology‑assisted review, and review project workflows.
Strong understanding of discovery law, including attorney‑client privilege and work‑product principles.
Comfortable with analytics, reporting, spreadsheets, and creating review metrics/infographics; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
