Hybrid-role litigation attorney to join a national law firm’s consumer finance team. The position focuses on civil litigation matters in the consumer finance space, including drafting motions, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and managing case workflows.

Preferred candidates will have experience representing banks, lenders, credit card issuers, or loan servicers, strong client-service orientation, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters. The team emphasizes collaboration, high performance, and professional development.

Preferred office locations are Jacksonville or Orlando. The role requires in-office attendance at least three business days per week.

3+ years of transferable litigation experience, preferably in consumer finance or related financial-services litigation
Barred and residing in a U.S. jurisdiction where the employer maintains an office
Strong legal research, drafting, and motion practice skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational/multi-tasking ability
Availability to work in the office a minimum of three business days per week
