Growing litigation team is seeking a Staff Attorney with experience in consumer finance litigation. The role focuses on drafting motions, managing discovery, negotiating settlements and counseling on matters for banks, lenders, card issuers and loan servicers.

Preferred locations are Jacksonville or Orlando. The position requires in‑office presence at least three business days per week and membership in a U.S. bar where the firm maintains an office.

3+ years of transferable litigation experience, preferably in consumer finance or banking litigation
Experience drafting motions, managing discovery and negotiating settlements
Prior representation of banks, lenders, credit card issuers or loan servicing companies preferred
Bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction where the firm has an office
Strong legal research, excellent written and verbal communication, and superb attention to detail
Ability to work in the office at least three business days per week
