Staff Attorney, Litigation

Growing litigation team is seeking a Staff Attorney with significant consumer finance litigation experience. The role focuses on drafting motions, managing discovery, negotiating settlements, and counseling clients in matters involving banks, lenders, credit card issuers, and loan servicers.

The team values high performance, collaboration, and client service. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid, office-first environment and able to prioritize and manage multiple matters to deadline.

• 3+ years of transferable litigation experience, ideally with consumer finance or collections matters
• Barred and resident in a U.S. jurisdiction where the firm maintains an office
• Strong drafting, research, and oral communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize competing tasks
• In‑office at least three business days per week
