Seeking a Staff Attorney to join a busy consumer finance litigation team. The role focuses on drafting motions, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and supporting complex commercial litigation matters for financial-services clients.

The team values high performance, collaboration, and strong client service. The position expects regular in-office collaboration (minimum three days per week) with preferred locations in Jacksonville or Orlando.

Candidates must be barred in a U.S. jurisdiction where the firm maintains an office and have at least three years of transferable litigation experience, ideally with prior representation of banks, lenders, credit card issuers, or loan servicers.

3+ years of litigation experience (transferable)
Experience in consumer finance litigation; prior representation of banks, lenders, credit card issuers, or loan servicers preferred
Barred and resident in a U.S. jurisdiction where the firm has a U.S. office
Ability to work in the office at least three business days per week; preferred locations Jacksonville or Orlando
Excellent legal research, writing, communication, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
