Seeking a Staff Attorney to join a litigation team focused on consumer finance matters. The role involves drafting motions, managing discovery, negotiating settlements, and handling contested collection and commercial litigation matters on behalf of financial-services clients.

Ideal candidates have strong written and oral advocacy, excellent research and drafting skills, and the ability to prioritize a varied caseload in a fast-paced team environment. The position expects in‑office work at least three days per week; preferred locations are Jacksonville or Orlando.
