We are seeking a Staff Attorney with at least three years of experience to join our Litigation practice, focusing on consumer finance matters. The ideal candidate will have significant litigation experience, including drafting motions and negotiating settlements, and prior experience representing banks, lenders, credit card issuers, and loan servicing companies is preferred.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to prioritize matters are essential. We value high performance, mutual respect, and collaboration. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with in-office attendance required at least three days per week.

3+ years of transferable litigation experience, with focus in consumer finance
Experience drafting motions and negotiating settlements
Prior experience representing banks, lenders, credit card issuers, and loan servicing companies preferred

Excellent research skills
Must reside in and be barred in a jurisdiction where we have a U.S. office
