A Florida office is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join its litigation department. The role involves handling a broad range of labor and employment matters for clients across the region and nationally.

Responsibilities include litigation in state and federal courts, responding to EEOC charges and investigations, employment counseling, workforce reductions, drafting employment agreements and workplace policies, and advising clients on employee relations and compliance issues.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, team-oriented setting. This position offers significant hands-on responsibility, including potential court appearances and depositions.

3–4 years of labor and employment experience with transferable skills
Admission to the Florida Bar
Strong knowledge of Florida and federal employment laws
Excellent research and writing skills
Strong academic background
Hearing, deposition, and class or collective action experience is a plus
Ability to work in the office at least three business days per week
Must reside in and be licensed in a jurisdiction where the firm maintains a U.S. office
