Join an alternative service-delivery team within a major Toronto law practice, providing efficient legal support for corporate matters. The role focuses on document review, due diligence, commercial contract and NDA review, and legislative updates delivered to internal and external clients.

Staff lawyers collaborate with partners and associates across the firm to ensure high-quality, timely outputs. Positions are initially offered on a contract basis with potential to transition to permanent employment.

Called to the Ontario bar (licensed by the Law Society of Ontario)
Document review and/or due diligence experience is an asset
Background in corporate/commercial law preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Bilingual English/French proficiency is an asset
