Well-established German tax practice is hiring a Steuerberater to join its tax-crime and tax-controversy team. The role is based in Bonn with opportunities to collaborate across offices in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich.

The team advises on criminal tax investigations, voluntary disclosure matters and related administrative proceedings for domestic and international clients. You will work alongside tax lawyers and advisors on defence strategies, filings and cross-border issues.

Qualified Steuerberater (or equivalent German tax qualification)
Practical experience in tax criminal law, tax investigations or tax controversies
Strong knowledge of German tax procedure and criminal law principles
Excellent German language skills; client-facing advisory or litigation experience
