Experienced associate opportunity in a national finance team based in Charlotte supporting a busy structured finance and securitization practice. You will work on SPV financing facilities, warehouse financings and other structured finance transactions, advising on complex domestic and cross-border financings.

The role offers exposure to syndicated and bilateral lending, acquisition financings and related secured and unsecured lending matters. The team handles sophisticated, transaction-driven work for financial institution and capital markets clients.

3–8 years of relevant law firm experience in structured finance/securitization
Experience with SPV financing facilities, warehouse financing and related transactions
Strong law school credentials and demonstrated interest in finance law
Excellent drafting, analytical and client-facing skills
