Mid‑level to senior associate opportunity in a national structured finance and securitization team. The role focuses on asset‑backed securities and related structured finance matters, including warehouse financing and other securitization transactions that frequently have cross‑border or multi‑jurisdictional elements.

The team represents financial institutions, sponsors and investors on transactions involving trade receivables, inventory and other asset classes, and works on off‑balance sheet structuring, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance and financing solutions. Hiring locations include Chicago (primary), with opportunities to work collaboratively across other U.S. offices.

4–8 years post‑qualification experience in structured finance / securitization
Demonstrable experience with ABS, warehouse financing and related structured finance transactions
U.S. bar qualification and eligibility to practice from a U.S. office
