Top-tier U.S. structured finance team is seeking an associate with focused CLO and middle‑market leveraged loan experience to join its Austin office. The role involves advising on structuring, documentation, execution and regulatory aspects of CLO transactions and related asset‑backed financings.

You'll work closely with arrangers, managers, investors and issuers on complex transactions, manage multiple deals in a fast‑paced team environment, and contribute to a collaborative, mentoring culture with formal training and career development.

2–8 years of structured finance experience with significant exposure to CLOs and/or middle‑market leveraged loans
Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills; ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
Demonstrated client service orientation and teamwork mentality
Member of the Bar in a U.S. state and eligible to satisfy the jurisdictional requirements of the Austin office
