Mid-level associate role within a growing Asset-Based Finance and Securitization practice based in Hong Kong. The team advises on complex asset-based financings, securitizations, warehouse financings and whole loan sales across a wide range of asset classes.

The role offers hands-on transaction work as part of an integrated capital solutions group, collaborating with fund finance, special situations, investment management and private credit specialists to address structuring, regulatory, tax and governance issues.

This is an on-site position for an international practice looking for candidates who can take increasing responsibility on deal teams and contribute to practice growth.

4–5 years post-qualification experience in structured finance, securitization or asset-based finance.
Substantive experience with ABS, CLOs, CFOs and/or rated facilities preferred.
Proven deal-team experience, including document drafting and transaction management.
Exposure to fund finance, special situations, restructurings or private credit transactions is an advantage.
Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where the candidate will practise and ability to work in person in Hong Kong.
