Qualified solicitor in England & Wales; NQ–1 year PQE.
Experience in one or more structured finance areas (securitisation, ABS, DCM, receivables financing, asset-based lending).
Strong technical drafting, commercial awareness and client-facing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively on high-value, cross-border transactions and manage competing priorities.
