Top-tier structured finance team in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated associate with 2–6 years of transactional or finance experience. The group works on a wide range of securitizations and structured financings and offers exposure to market-leading, innovative transactions across RMBS, CMBS, ABS, CLOs and related structures.

You'll join a collegial, team-oriented practice that emphasizes hands-on training, mentoring, and professional development while managing multiple deals in a fast-paced environment. The role offers substantive transactional responsibility and collaboration with senior deal teams.

2–6 years of transactional or finance experience, preferably with structured finance work (RMBS, CMBS, ABS, CLOs)
Excellent academic record and strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a collaborative team
Membership in the California State Bar (or eligibility to be admitted where the role is located)
