Top-tier structured finance group seeks a transactional associate with 4–7 years' experience to join its New York or Los Angeles office. The team handles a full range of structured finance work, including residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed transactions, CLOs, repackagings, and other bespoke financings.

The role involves managing multiple deals in a fast-paced environment, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating with lenders, issuers, servicers and underwriters, and supporting complex securitizations from structuring through closing. You will join a collegial practice with strong training, mentoring and professional development resources.

Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of the chosen office and able to practice there.

4–7 years of relevant law firm transactional or finance experience
Admission to the state bar for New York or California (as applicable) and eligibility to practice in the chosen office
Demonstrated experience with structured finance or securitization transactions (RMBS, CMBS, ABS, CLOs, or similar)
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-service skills; able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced team environment
