Top-tier New York law office is seeking a Finance associate with 4–6 years' experience focused on structured finance and securitization. The role sits on a team that advises lenders, sponsors, and other capital providers on repurchase and warehouse facilities, syndicated credit lines, securitizations and other secured financing transactions.

Work will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating structured-finance documentation such as repurchase agreements, credit agreements, pooling and servicing agreements, private placement memoranda, indentures, offering materials and intercreditor arrangements. Candidates with detailed knowledge of mortgage- and asset-backed financing structures, servicing and collateral issues are preferred.

4–6 years of finance/structured finance experience in a law firm or relevant in-house role
Experience with repurchase/warehouse facilities, securitizations, syndicated credit and related secured finance documentation
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills; familiarity with servicing and collateral issues preferred
Excellent academic record and strong interpersonal/team skills
