The group is collaborative and frequently works across U.S. offices; hiring is flexible among select U.S. locations with a preference for New York, Charlotte or Chicago. The role offers exposure to sophisticated, bank‑ and fund‑facing structured finance deals and opportunities for professional development within a global platform.

4–8 years' post‑qualification transactional experience in structured finance/securitization, including ABS and warehouse financings
Demonstrable deal experience on asset‑backed securities or related structured financings
Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and communication skills
Admission to practice in the U.S. (state bar) and ability to work from a U.S. office
