Structured Finance Career Associate — New York or Los Angeles

Join a large U.S. structured finance practice as a Career Associate focused on a broad range of ABS, RMBS, CMBS and CLO transactions. The team advises on complex securitizations, re-securitizations, repackagings and related financings, working on market-leading and regulatory-driven matters.

The Career Associate track offers experienced lawyers an alternative to the partner path while providing substantive, front‑end deal work, mentoring, and professional development in a collegial team environment.

This role is expected to be based in New York or Los Angeles (other locations may be considered). Candidates must be a member in good standing of the bar for the office jurisdiction.

• 4–7 years of relevant law firm experience in structured finance or securitization transactions.
• Demonstrated experience with ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLOs or related structured financings.
• Strong drafting, deal‑management and client service skills; able to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced team setting.
• Admission to a U.S. state bar and ability to satisfy the jurisdictional requirements of the chosen office.
