Join a market-leading structured project finance team in London advising on the development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure assets. The role offers exposure to large, cross-border transactions across renewables, storage, transport, utilities and related low-carbon projects.

You will support project financings, refinancings and acquisition financings from term sheet stage through to financial close and post-completion matters, working with lenders, sponsors, developers, funds and other financial institutions. The role provides early responsibility, strong technical training and opportunities for career progression within a collaborative projects group.

NQ–4 PQE (0–4 years post-qualification experience)
Experience or strong interest in project finance / structured finance matters (energy or infrastructure preferred)
Proven ability drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance and project documentation
Strong commercial awareness, teamwork and client-facing skills
