Seeking a midlevel associate to join a structured transactions group handling structured finance and securitization matters. The role will support a range of financing matters; experience with RMBS, ABS, CLOs or related financings is highly desirable but not required.

Positions are available in multiple U.S. offices (Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Washington, DC). Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the state of the office to which they apply. The team offers exposure to complex transactional work and collaboration across offices.

3–5 years of law firm experience with corporate and/or finance transactions
Experience or strong interest in structured finance/securitization (RMBS/ABS/CLO experience preferred)
Active bar membership in the state where candidate will be based
Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting and transactional skills
