Join a market-leading Employment & Labor team in London (with the option to be based in Bristol) as a Supervising Associate. The practice advises global corporates and financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border employment matters, combining contentious and advisory work.

You will work closely with senior lawyers across the UK and international offices on high-profile litigation, investigations, restructurings and regulatory employment matters. The role offers increasing responsibility for client relationships, matter management and mentoring junior lawyers, and exposure to employment issues arising in transactions and cross-border projects.

3–6 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
Strong technical experience across contentious and non-contentious employment matters (discrimination, whistleblowing, board-level disputes)
Experience advising on investigations, restructurings, executive exits and cross-border employment issues
Excellent analytical, drafting and client-facing skills; strong organisational ability and commercial judgment
Comfortable using legal tech; collaborative team player with drive to develop client relationships
