Leading global finance team is hiring a supervising associate to join its leveraged and acquisition finance practice in London. The role will sit on cross-border financings for banks, sponsors, corporates, credit funds and alternative lenders, working on leveraged financings, acquisition facilities, investment-grade loans, asset-backed and receivables financings and related corporate treasury matters.

The successful candidate will join a full-service banking team and work alongside partners, associates, trainees and paralegals on complex, market-facing transactions. The team values commercial awareness, high standards and a collaborative, diverse culture.

At least 5 PQE in leveraged / acquisition finance
Strong transactional experience on mid‑market and cross‑border financings
Experience from an international or leading regional firm
Excellent academic record, commercial mindset and client-facing skills; willingness to support business development
Team player, adaptable and able to work additional hours when required
