A national motor-injury team is recruiting a Supervisor to lead and support a team handling high-volume pre‑litigation and litigated injury claims. The role combines technical claims supervision with people management, quality control and delivery against client SLAs.

Typical duties include technical oversight of casework, day‑one and ongoing training, performance and absence management, workload allocation, and handling escalations/complaints. The post-holder will also act as a client point of contact, support business development activities and maintain technical knowledge and compliance standards.

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (or near completion of training/apprenticeship)
Experience managing a caseload of personal injury/motor injury (credit hire or similar) matters
Proven people-management skills: coaching, mentoring, performance and absence management
Strong organisational, analytical and commercial judgment; comfortable working to SLA/KPI targets
Good IT literacy (Word, Excel) and strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information and to represent the team with clients
