Join a growing Tax advisory team in Dubai to help build a premium, client‑facing tax practice across the Middle East. This role will sit within an established corporate and advisory platform in Dubai and work closely with regional and international colleagues to deliver integrated tax and legal solutions.

You will advise on UAE and international tax matters including corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT, cross‑border structuring and M&A/restructuring support. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a hands‑on, entrepreneurial environment and who want to contribute to shaping a scalable, product‑led tax offering in the region.

Experience advising on UAE and Middle East tax regimes (corporate tax, TP, VAT, international tax).
Background from a Big 4, law firm or international advisory practice; tax controversy experience desirable.
Strong client‑facing, commercial advisory skills and ability to work across legal and corporate teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast‑moving, growth environment; mentoring experience for more senior hires.
