Tax Associate (3-5 years) — Chicago

Growing tax practice seeking a mid-level associate to join a national firm’s tax team. The role involves advising on corporate and transactional tax matters, with exposure to mergers & acquisitions, capital-markets and cross-border transactions.

Ideal candidates are self-starting, able to manage multiple ongoing matters, and have strong client-service and problem-solving skills. The team supports professional development and offers comprehensive benefits and parental leave.

• 3-5 years of tax experience in a law firm or equivalent setting
• Experience advising on some combination of M&A, capital markets and international tax matters
• Strong academic record; LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
• Proven ability to manage concurrent matters, excellent written and oral communication, and strong client relations skills
