Tax Associate — Century City

Growing tax practice in Century City seeking associates from law school classes 2020–2023 to work on sophisticated transactional and capital markets matters. Team work includes advising on tax aspects of M&A, private equity, IPOs and spin-offs, fund formation, and real estate/REIT structures.

Successful candidates will draft technical tax analyses and memos, support deal execution, and work closely with transactional partners and clients. The group emphasizes collaborative, in-office teamwork and opportunities for client-facing work and external speaking engagements.

• JD and admission-eligible; law school classes 2020–2023 preferred
• Strong tax research and writing skills and top academic credentials
• Experience on strategic or PE M&A, capital markets (including IPOs/spin-offs), fund formation, and/or real estate/REIT matters
• Excellent oral communication, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills; enthusiasm for client interaction and public speaking
