Tax Associate — Chicago (3–5 years PQE)

Leading national tax practice seeks a mid-level associate to join its Chicago team. The role involves advising on transactional tax matters across mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and international transactions for sophisticated corporate clients.

Multiple US office locations are available for consideration. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and formal onboarding; competitive pay range is noted and will vary by office and experience.

• 3–5 years of tax law experience advising on M&A, capital markets and/or international tax matters
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent matters and interact with clients
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school; LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
• Excellent problem‑solving, initiative and communication skills
