Top-tier US law firm is seeking a mid-level tax associate to join a national tax practice. The role will involve advising on a mix of corporate tax matters, including M&A, capital markets and international tax work across a diverse client base.

3–5 years of tax practice experience advising on M&A, capital markets, and/or international tax transactions
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school; LLM in Tax preferred but not required
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ongoing matters, excellent problem-solving and client-relations skills
Bar admission and eligibility to work in the United States
