- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in tax controversy, transfer pricing, or related tax litigation (law firm, large accounting firm, or government experience such as IRS/DOJ/Tax Court preferred)
- Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. state
- Strong legal research and writing skills; experience drafting briefs, motions, and client correspondence
- Ability to manage complex matters, work collaboratively and independently, and communicate effectively with clients and authorities
- Cover letter and writing sample required
