Top-tier law firm seeking a mid-level Tax associate to join its Boston transactional tax team. The role focuses on general transactional tax matters working closely with the corporate practice across M&A, partnership and LLC structuring, private equity and fund matters, real estate and REIT work, and financings and capital markets transactions.

Successful candidates will work on deals in multi-disciplinary teams, take responsibility for substantial components of transactions, and collaborate with partners and other practices to deliver commercial tax advice.

3–4 years of transactional tax experience (general corporate/transactional tax matters)
Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a comparable firm
Proven ability to work in teams and to manage substantial components of transactions independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
