Senior associate role in a national tax practice focusing on fund formation and related transactional work. The team advises fund sponsors and investors on formation, primary and secondary investments, and joint ventures.

Candidates may be based in Chicago, New York, or Palo Alto and will join a collaborative group handling multiple concurrent matters. Minimum 5 years of U.S. tax experience, with significant exposure to fund formation and tax structuring for venture and private equity funds
Experience representing fund sponsors and/or institutional investors on formation, primary/secondary investments, and joint ventures
Strong technical tax skills, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple active matters
Excellent client-facing skills and a record of high academic achievement from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in the U.S.; willing to be based in Chicago, New York, or Palo Alto
