Tax Associate — Mid-level (Chicago)

Mid-level tax associate sought for a national US firm’s tax group. The role focuses on transactional tax matters, supporting M&A, capital markets and international transactions, with opportunities to work across multiple U.S. offices including Chicago.

• 3–5 years of post-qualification tax experience advising on M&A, capital markets and/or international tax matters
• Strong academic record from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
