Tax Associate — Mid-level | Chicago

Mid-level associate opportunity in an established national tax practice. The role focuses on advising on tax aspects of corporate transactions, capital markets and cross-border matters for sophisticated corporate clients.

• 3–5 years of U.S. tax experience (including M&A, capital markets and/or international tax work)
• Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent matters
• Excellent client-relations and written/verbal communication skills
• High academic achievement; LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
