Apply in confidence →Growing structured finance team seeks a 1st–3rd year tax associate to support securitization and capital markets transactions out of the Charlotte office. The role focuses on tax analysis, document drafting and transactional support across securitizations and related structured finance matters.
Successful candidates will work closely with deal teams on client-facing transactions, drafting tax provisions, coordinating with tax and finance specialists, and managing closing deliverables. The position offers hands-on transactional experience and mentorship from senior lawyers in the practice.
- 1–3 years post-qualification experience, ideally with securitization/structured finance or capital markets transactional work
- Prior law firm experience drafting and negotiating transactional documents
- Familiarity with tax issues affecting structured finance and securitization transactions
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similar firm preferred
