Tax Associate — Tax

About the role: A national, multi-office law firm is hiring Tax Associates to join its UK tax team. The role will sit across multiple regional offices and involves advising on a range of corporate and commercial tax matters for UK-based clients.

Team and work: You will join a busy tax practice handling advisory and transactional work, supporting senior lawyers on tax planning, due diligence, and client-facing matters. The team works across offices, so there will be regular collaboration with colleagues in other locations.

• Qualified solicitor, barrister, or equivalent UK legal tax qualification
• Practical experience in corporate/commercial tax advisory or transactional tax work
• Strong legal research, drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and manage multiple matters
