Join a market-leading transactional tax team in London advising on a broad range of high-quality domestic and cross-border transactions. The group acts for financial sponsors, corporate clients and management teams on M&A, private equity, financings, real estate and related restructurings.

This role is transactional in focus: you will draft and negotiate tax provisions and transaction documentation, provide commercial tax advice and work closely with corporate, finance and asset-management colleagues. The team offers structured training, regular technical sessions and a collaborative bench-based working model to support development.

2-4 years' PQE qualifying in England & Wales as a solicitor
Experience in transactional tax (M&A and private equity experience preferred)
Proven drafting and negotiation skills for transaction documents and tax clauses
Strong verbal and written communication, commercial awareness and transaction management ability
