Senior Associate, Tax — London

Join a growing London tax team offering high-quality transactional and advisory tax work across corporate, private equity and fund matters. The team handles domestic and cross-border tax issues for clients across real estate, infrastructure and private capital.

This full-time, permanent role is for an experienced corporate tax lawyer (senior associate level) who can lead on structuring, drafting complex advice notes and providing strategic tax input on investments, joint ventures and capital deployment by private capital. Hybrid working.

• 5+ years PQE in corporate tax
• Experience at an international law firm or equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax in domestic and cross-border contexts
• Track record advising on private equity investments, fund structures, joint ventures and real estate/infrastructure transactions
• Experience drafting structure papers and complex advisory notes; strong project and client management skills
