An international law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its London-based tax practice. The team is a collegiate and growing department handling high-quality transactional and advisory tax work across a broad range of practice areas, offering strong career development and early responsibility.

The role focuses on corporate tax matters with particular emphasis on private equity investments, capital deployment by private capital, and joint ventures, including work in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will work on market-leading matters while collaborating with colleagues, clients, counterparties, and other advisers.

Senior-level associate experience (5+ years PQE) gained at an international law firm
Experience advising corporate and commercial clients on tax matters in a domestic and international context
Exposure to sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, private equity, venture, credit, and fund-of-funds
Experience structuring transactions or investment funds/platforms
Strong drafting skills, including structure papers and complex advice notes
Excellent technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to client service
