Tax Attorney — Corporate & International Tax, Munich

Highly regarded Munich office seeks a qualified tax attorney to join its corporate and international tax team. The role focuses on advising German and cross-border corporate clients on domestic and international tax matters, restructurings, and transactional support.

The team advises on complex tax issues in corporate reorganisations, inbound/outbound investments and transfer pricing questions. You will work closely with colleagues across Germany and collaborate with international tax advisers on cross-border mandates.

• Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) with relevant tax law training or equivalent tax qualifications.
• Practical experience in corporate tax and international tax matters (advisory and transactional work).
• Strong drafting and analytical skills; able to manage client work and contribute in team settings.
• Fluent German; very good English for international collaboration.
