Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Germany (Rechtsanwalt or equivalent)
Practical experience in tax law with exposure to M&A or transactional work
Ability to handle tax due diligence, structuring and drafting of transactional documentation
Fluent German; good English for cross-border work
Team-oriented, client-facing, and commercially minded
