Tax Counsel — Private Clients & Expatriate Tax, Milan

Leading Italian tax & legal practice (anonymous) is seeking a Counsel to join its Milan Private Clients and Expatriates team. The team advises high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, executives, expatriates and investors on domestic and cross-border tax matters.

Responsibilities include individual tax advice, compliance support, wealth- and estate-related tax planning, and handling tax litigation matters. The role offers structured on-the-job training and continuing professional development within a collaborative team environment.

• 5–7 years' post-qualification experience in private client/expatriate tax or related tax advisory work
• Degree in economics (preferred) or law with strong academic record
• Experience in cross-border tax, wealth/estate tax planning and tax litigation/compliance
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong interpersonal/teamwork skills
