Leading German tax practice is seeking an experienced tax lawyer to join its Munich office. The role focuses on corporate and group tax advice across domestic and cross-border matters for corporate clients.

The team advises on tax structuring, reorganisations and ongoing tax compliance issues. This is an opportunity to work on technically demanding mandates within a specialised tax practice and to collaborate with colleagues in other German offices.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) with proven experience in corporate and group tax law
Strong technical knowledge of domestic and cross-border tax matters
Excellent drafting and client-facing skills; fluent German (written and spoken)
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multi-office tax specialists
