Our client, a highly regarded German law firm, is seeking a qualified tax lawyer / Steuerberater to join its tax practice in Bonn (with a presence in Stuttgart). The role focuses on advising family-owned businesses on cross-border tax matters, succession and inheritance planning, and related structuring.

The team offers hands-on client work across domestic and international matters, working with corporate and private clients on tax-efficient reorganisations, succession solutions and compliance issues. The position suits a practitioner who enjoys client-facing advisory work and collaborative team delivery.

Qualified Rechtsanwalt and/or Steuerberater admitted in Germany.
Practical experience advising family-owned or private clients on international tax and inheritance/estate tax matters.
Strong knowledge of cross-border structuring, succession planning and tax compliance.
Excellent German language skills; comfortable working on client-facing matters and in multi-disciplinary teams.
