Leading German full‑service firm seeks a lawyer for its tax team in Cologne (office flexibility to Frankfurt possible). The role focuses on advising entrepreneurs, family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals on cross‑border tax matters, succession planning, wealth structuring and foundations.

You will work on structuring intergenerational transfers, asset protection, investment and holding structures, and support on gift and inheritance tax filings. The team collaborates across practice groups on complex, multidisciplinary mandates and offers development through formal training and client contact.

Qualified tax advisor and/or law degree with focus on tax law
Practical experience advising on succession, private wealth, foundations or related trust/estate matters
Strong commercial sense, client‑facing communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
Very good English; German required
