Experienced tax litigator (3–5 years) to join a busy Montreal tax group handling complex Canadian and cross-border tax disputes. The role involves representing clients before tax authorities and courts on matters including GAAR, corporate reorganizations, transfer pricing, trusts and sales tax.

Day-to-day work will include drafting pleadings and submissions, advising on controversy strategy, conducting legal research and appearing in hearings alongside senior counsel on high‑stakes files with domestic and international dimensions.

Candidates should be prepared to work in a bilingual, collaborative team and to provide a résumé, university transcripts and a cover letter as part of the application process.

3–5 years' experience in tax dispute resolution and litigation
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B./J.D.) and member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec
Excellent legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
Bilingual (French and English)
Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
