Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral tax partner to join its Florham Park office. The role will sit in the firm s tax practice and involve partner-level responsibility for originating and managing sophisticated tax work for corporate and high-net-worth clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling a range of tax matters and will be expected to contribute both technically and commercially. The firm values experienced partners who can grow a practice and collaborate across teams and offices.

Established partner-level tax practice with significant, recent experience advising on complex tax matters
Strong technical tax skills and ability to counsel corporate and/or high-net-worth clients
Proven commercial track record and ability to originate or bring client relationships
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to meet firm credentialing requirements
