Partner — Corporate & M&A, Florham Park

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its corporate practice in the Florham Park office. The role focuses on leading and growing transactional and M&A work across corporate clients, working with deal teams on buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, private company matters and related corporate governance issues.

The firm is looking for a partner who can drive business development, mentor lawyers and take a leadership role in a busy transactional practice. This is a visible role with significant client contact and opportunity to help shape the practice locally and regionally.

• Proven partner‑level experience handling M&A and corporate transactional matters.
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; experience mentoring associates and leading deal teams.
• J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to practice in New Jersey or eligibility to transfer admission.
