Leading global law firm seeks a Tax Partner to join its Philadelphia tax practice. The role will involve advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on a broad range of federal, state and transactional tax matters.

We are looking for an experienced partner to grow and lead tax engagements, collaborate with cross‑practice teams, and develop client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcomed.

Established tax partner with substantial experience advising on corporate, transactional and/or high‑net‑worth tax matters
Licensed to practise in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain admission)
Proven client development record; portable practice preferred
Strong communication, leadership and team collaboration skills
